WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is in EURO. Your bank determines the currency conversion rate. We accept Paypal and Credit Card payment. If you have any payment queries, please contact us directly at lagemmadesign.info@gmail.com 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As each collection is in limited numbers, we accept returns only under dire circumstances of unworn and unwashed items, still tagged,In original condition, returned within 12 days of delivery. We offer free return, you just need to put back the clothes to the box/of brief that we sent you. Cost of item will be refunded if terms are agreed to.  Sale items are final. There are no returns on discounted sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate and track the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at lagemmadesign.info@gmail.com
